Picking up where we left off!
If you didn’t already see ‘Let’s talk fall essentials pt 1’ I suggest starting there.
Bags

A really great full length black pant

Comfy pants that don’t look sloppy
The Rib Kick Flare Pant (alternative to the more expensive High Sport pants that everyone loves). People also really like these from J.Crew.
The Shon Pant (I am never sure what category to put these in but at the end of the day they are so comfortable, elevated and perfect. I have clients that have 6 pairs and wear them to work, on the weekends, out to dinner and to their kid’s weekend activities. They are simply the best… size down as they stretch a ton). These are great similar option for less.
The Hunter Pant from Clyque the Label. I am wearing these as I write this post and plan to wear them a bunch during the transition to a chillier fall.
Lightweight knits and long sleeves

Eterne, Buck Mason and FLORE FLORE have great quality long sleeve simple tees
Jamie Haller’s daily sweatshirt is nearly sold out and it is worth keeping an eye out for the restock
A classic trench coat

This one is a really great option for $250
This is the other trench I have (in black) and love
This is beautiful and a bit different but still classic
More outerwear

This is a monster topic. Another post coming soon because this post is getting too long. I didn’t even hit blazers, but this one is my go-to.
I purchased this leather jacket the other day and sized up to an 8. My friend went with this beautiful jacket. Reiss has amazing stuff right now for both men and women.
Massimo Dutti outerwear always hits. This is especially great.
I am dreaming of this jacket
Sneakers

Salomons (size down half a size). I have these. Other favorites are these, these and these
You can’t go wrong with the Row runners. A great look for less are these- they are very comfortable.
SPALWART. Very into these! Specifically this color combination.
Adidas gazelles, sambas and SL72 (is that the correct name???). I don’t love the options I see online after seeing every color possible in London. I don’t get why the inventory is so sparse in the states. Mytheresa usually gets some good ones! I will keep an eye out for some new arrivals and will share when I see them.
I plan to make a singular post for wool coats and another on shearling in the next few weeks. And there are the basics! Anything I missed? I plan to dive into more in the next few weeks. I did a ton of browsing (and shopping) this past week in London and am so excited for the temperature to dip.
No post tomorrow. We will resume to the usual Tuesday/ Thursday schedule next week. Hope everyone has a wonderful Labor Day weekend. X!!!
