As the seasons change, so does my skincare—but the CurrentBody LED mask is a year-round staple. It’s been a lifesaver recently, especially when I had a stubborn cold sore a few weeks ago. After using the red light face mask for the past year and a half and seeing real results, I’m now adding the neck device into my routine. I’ve done a lot of research on LED therapy, and here’s why CurrentBody continues to stand out—
They fully own their LED production line and test 90,000 LEDs for every 100 masks made—an unmatched level of quality control. Each mask comes with an NFC card linked to their Veritace verification system, allowing you to trace the production and confirm it passed all efficiency tests. The technology penetrates up to 10mm into the skin to repair cells, reduce inflammation, and support collagen production. Since collagen naturally declines in our late twenties, consistent use has become an essential part of my routine—and CurrentBody makes it both effective and seamless.
I have a code too! RACHELC saves you $168 when buying both the S2 face & neck device and $46.90 on the S2 mask alone
I’m incredibly fortunate to be able to try so many different products, but over the past few months, I found myself reaching for a few too many—and lately, my skin has been feeling a bit off. I started to wonder if I was overdoing it (hi broken barrier and dehydration), or just not using the right things. I stopped by Aida Bicaj earlier this week for a little reset—because, truly, all roads lead back to Biologique Recherche and the magic of the people at AB.
Jillian insisted I get a Biologique Recherche skin analysis, which basically takes an in-depth snapshot of your skin and tracks changes over time. The results showed low barrier function and hydration, couperosis (dilated blood vessels), and a healthy amount of sebum—which surprised me, since my skin always feels so dry. My firmness, however, was perfect (hi, LED mask). I’ve also noticed my smile lines becoming more prominent, but I now think it’s just because my skin is really dehydrated.

Today, I’m getting baby Botox at Youtherapy and then will hopefully be all set for spring. I try to get a facial every month, either at Youtherapy or Aida Bicaj, depending on what my skin is needing. Otherwise, it’s all about staying consistent and taking care of myself from the inside out: eating well, hydrating, and plenty of sleep (which I am very good at).
I hope you found this helpful—or at the very least, enjoyed following along with my spring skincare journey! I will let you know when changes or additions are made.
