10 things for fall... a few of my most worn and used

Hi! It feels like ages since I've been on here, and I’m so excited to reconnect. Early next week I’ll be sharing all the details from our incredible honeymoon, but for now, I wanted to dive into a few other things now that fall is in full swing.

We're moving today (!!), so packing (and jet lag) took over my weekend. It felt great to see and love everything in my wardrobe (and cabinets) and revisit the special pieces I’ve collected over the past few years. I’ve been in a good routine of closet purges and RealReal drop-offs, so my wardrobe is streamlined and in top shape.

My newest special piece: this beautiful satin trench was delivered while I was away. I have the same style in the classic beige (and live in it) so I am very much looking forward to having this! The material is beyond.

10 things for fall... some of my most worn and used

1. A couple really good pair of jeans: Levi’s 501 90s (I size up 2 sizes for a baggy fit), the joan jean (size up 2 sizes) and the column jean from Kallmeyer.

2. The perfect pair of black boots. I also really like the Marfa. Marfa look for less here and these are similar to the Arizonas.

3. A big tote bag. Favorites are The Row large park tote and the Toteme buckle bag. This is a great option for under $200.

4. An oversized black sweater. I have been reaching for this one lately. This is another favorite.

5. An Ossa phone case. This is my newest one… my sister got the blue version. I am also eyeing this one.

6. Less exciting but very important, great socks. I live in these from Amazon and Bombas (low, high). I have a few pairs from Nike and a bunch of pilates socks, otherwise I got rid of everything else… there is nothing more annoying than a busy sock drawer.

7. The perfect white tee for layering. My current favorites in no specific order: Banana Republic, Michael Stars, Cos, Leset.

8. Black pants and a black knit top… sleeveless, tee or turtleneck. One of my favorite outfit combinations especially for evenings.

9. A really good hand cream. I have one of these in all of my bags. Nothing beats it.

10. A really good lip balm. This stuff is no joke!

… I feel like I just opened a can of worms. I can go on but will save more for next time! I will be back to the usual Tuesday / Thursday schedule next week. This move is getting the best of me and I have so much to do!
